| Dr. Carlson has been involved for over 35 years in managing mineral exploration and mining development companies. His experience has focused on precious and base metal deposits around the Pacific Rim, including western North America, Mexico, Central America, South America, Australia and Asia. This experience has included independent consulting assignments, management of major company exploration programs, junior mining companies and university level teaching. He has taken an active role in professional geosciences associations on both local and national levels and is a past President of AMEBC (formerly the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines) and President of the Society of Economic Geologists Canada Foundation. Dr. Carlson is currently a Director of several other junior mineral exploration companies, including Almaden Minerals Ltd. | ||

| Mr. Verley has over 35 years of experience, during which time he has explored for precious metals, base metals and diamonds in northern and western Canada, USA, South America, Africa and Southeast Asia. He is a director of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. and has served on the boards of several other TSX Venture listed companies. He is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C., a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Society of Economic Geologists and he is past President of the Geological Association of Canada Cordilleran Section. | ||

| Mr. Zulueta is a Chartered Accountant and is currently the Controller of Grosso Group Management Ltd., overseeing the financial reporting, treasury function, control processes, and regulatory compliance of its publicly listed member companies. Prior to joining Grosso Group, Mr. Zulueta was Controller of Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. as it developed and brought into production the Molejon Gold Mine in Panama. Mr. Zulueta also previously worked with the public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP., gaining valuable experience in the audits of multinational public companies listed in Canada and the US. Mr. Zulueta holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia. | ||
